About the Facilitator

   Resolution without Litigation, Inc. (RWL) is a 501(c)(3), non-profit corporation supported by individual donations.    The office is located in Pinehurst, Texas (North of Houston) on SH249 between Tomball and Magnolia.

    RWL provides FREE Conflict Resolution and Agreement Development for:

        Individuals

        Family Relationships

        Small Businesses

        Social Organizations (clubs, churches, etc.)

    The first goal of RWL is to help individuals and organizations resolve their conflicts before they escalate to separation, divorce, or litigation.  After the conflicts are resolved, the second goal is to help the parties develop an agreement that will facilitate a healthy and rewarding future relationship.

    As part of the CIRCLES OF GRACETM conflict resolution and agreement development process, RWL teaches its clients the successful methods of resolving conflicts and developing agreements, enabling them to continue to resolve the conflicts they face on their own.
